Order in Council 427/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

The portion of highway in the Geographic Township of Chaffey, Town of Huntsville, District Municipality of Muskoka, being part of Lot 16, Concession 2, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, shown as Part 1 on Reference Plan 35R-26720 (MTO Plan P-2781-140) deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Muskoka be closed pursuant to subsection 29(2) of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 50 as amended.
