Order in Council 429/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

The portion of proposed highway in the Geographic Township of Howland, Town of Northeastern Manitoulin and the Islands, part of Goat Island and part of water lot K.G. 37, District of Manitoulin, shown as Parts 1 and 2 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-2689-12, being a designation plan filed with the Record Services Unit, Northeast Region of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on the 25^th day of October, 2022 be designated as the King’s Highway pursuant to section 7 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 50 as amended.
