Order in Council 430/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

The portion of highway in the Geographic Township of Nipigon, Municipal Township of Red Rock, in the District of Thunder Bay, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, shown as Parts 3, 5, 7 and 9on a plan of survey deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Thunder Bay as Plan 55R-14558 (Ministry Plan P-2461-174), be designated as a secondary highway pursuant to section 40 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 50 as amended.
