Order in Council 431/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

The portions of highway, in the Geographic Township of Williamsburg, now in the Municipality of South Dundas, United Counties of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry, in the Province of Ontario, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, as set out below and described on Reference Plan 8R-5691 (Ministry Plan P-3135-76), deposited in the Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Dundas (No. 8):

Firstly,

Parts 1, 2, 4, 6, 7 and 8 shown on Reference Plan 8R-5691 be designated as controlled-access highway, pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O., 1990, Chapter P.50 as amended; and

Secondly,

Part 5 shown on Reference Plan 8R-5691 be closed pursuant to subsection 29(2) of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O., 1990, Chapter P.50 as amended.
