Order in Council 433/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

The portion of highway in the Geographic Township of Hinchinbrooke, in the County of Frontenac, in the Province of Ontario, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, being part of Lot 7, Concession 2, and shown as Part 4 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-1966-98, being a Reference Plan deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Frontenac (No 13) as Plan 13R- 1416, be closed, pursuant to subsection 29(2) of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O., 1990, Chapter P.50 as amended.
