On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

  1. The portions of highway in the Geographic Township of Hamilton and in the Town of Cobourg, in the County of Northumberland, in the Province of Ontario, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, shown as Parts 1-10 inclusive on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-3080-129 filed with the Record Services Unit, Eastern Region of the Ministry of Transportation at Kingston on the 31st day of October 2022, be designated as described below:
    1. Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-3080-129 be designated as controlled-access highway, pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50, as amended;
    2. Parts 2-10 inclusive on Ministry Plan P-3080-129 be designated as King’s highway, pursuant to section 7 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50, as amended; and
  2. The designation as a controlled-access highway described in Schedule 42 to Regulation 399, R.R.O. 1970 (P-3080-42), Schedule 42 to Regulation 216, R.R.O. 1960 (P-3080-47) and Schedule 43 to Regulation 216, R.R.O. 1960 (P-3080-54) be revoked pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50, as amended.
