Order in Council 436/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council O.C.1197/97, registered in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of York Region as Instrument No. R701451 and in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of York Region as Instrument No. LT1185253, portions of the King’s Highway 7 in the City of Vaughan and Town of Richmond Hill as shown on Schedule “A”’ attached to Order in Council O.C.1197/97 were transferred to the Regional Municipality of York, pursuant to Section 29(4) of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P50, as amended,

And whereas the said Schedule “A” did not describe, in detail, the limits of the King’s Highway 7 thus transferred between Jane Street and Keele Street, referred to and known in the Land Registry Office system as PIN 03276-0506(LT);

Now therefore, pursuant to section 49 and subsection 54(1) of the Legislation Act, 2006, S.O. 2006, c.21, Schedule F, Order in Council O.C. 1197/97 is hereby amended, within said PIN 03276-0506(LT), by partially replacing said Schedule “A”, with the following description attached as Schedule “A” herein:
