Order in Council 457/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

1. the portions of highway in the Township of Dorion, in the District of Thunder Bay, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, shown as Parts 1 and 2 on Ministry Plan P-2986-88, filed with the Record Services Unit, Northwestern Region, of the Ministry of Transportation at Thunder Bay on the 21^st day of January, 2019, be designated as controlled-access highway pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P.50, as amended; and
2. the designation as a controlled-access highway described in Order in Council O.C. 884/2003, registered in the Thunder Bay Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division as Instrument F0119330 and in the Land Registry Division as Instrument TBR432785 (Ministry Plan P-2986-66), be amended so as to cease to apply to those portions of highway shown as Parts 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 on Ministry Plan P-2986-88 filed as described above.
