Order in Council 459/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

The portions of highway in the Town of Oakville, Regional Municipality of Halton, Province of Ontario, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, being part of Lot 25, Concession 2, South of Dundas Street (Geographic Township of Trafalgar), shown as Parts 1, 2 and 3 on Ministry Plan P-1939-0503, being a Reference Plan deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Halton as Plan 20R-20970, be closed pursuant to Subsection 29(2) of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50, as amended.
