On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portions of highway, in the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury (Geographic Township of West Gwillimbury), County of Simcoe, Province of Ontario, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, being more particularly described in the attached Schedule “A”, be designated as controlled-access highway pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50, as amended.
