Order in Council 464/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portions of highway in Lot 16, Concession A in Dawson Road Lots (Unorganized), in the District of Thunder Bay, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, and shown as Parts 4, 5 and 6 on Ministry Plan  P-8173-32 deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Thunder Bay as Reference Plan 55R-6767, be closed pursuant to subsection 29(2) of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P.50 as amended.
