Order in Council 465/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Nives Montano was reappointed as part-time member of the Animal Care Review Board,  for a term of three years, effective February 10, 2018, by Order in Council O.C. 2356/2017;

And whereas Nives Montano was reappointed as part-time member of the Fire Safety Commission for a term of three years, effective February 10, 2018, by Order in Council O.C. 2359/2017;

And whereas Nives Montano was reappointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a term of three years, effective February 10, 2018, by Order in Council O.C. 2366/2017;

And whereas Nives Montano tendered her resignation effective December 3, 2018;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(a) of the Legislation Act, 2006, subsection 16(2) of the Ontario Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, subsection 58(2) of the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, 1997 and subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999, Orders in Council O.C. 2356/2017, 2359/2017 and 2366/2017 be revoked effective December 3, 2018.
