Order in Council 478/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portion of highway in the Township of North Dumfries, Regional Municipality of Waterloo, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, described as below:

Part of Lot 32, Concession 10, in the Geographic Township of North Dumfries, Township of North Dumfries, Regional Municipality of Waterloo, shown as Part 1 on a plan of survey deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Waterloo as Plan 58R-11984 (Ministry of Transportation Plan P-3164-74),

be designated as controlled-access highway, on and after the day on which this Order is approved, pursuant to Section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50, as amended
