Order in Council 480/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the designation as a controlled-access highway, described in Order in Council O.C. 488/83, registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Registry Division of Peterborough, on April 8^th, 1983, as Instrument 396202, shown as Parts 1 and 2 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-5110, be amended so as to cease to apply to those portions of the highway in the geographic Township of Douro, now in the Township of Douro–Dummer, County of Peterborough, and the City of Peterborough, shown as Parts 1 and 2 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-5110-01, filed with the Record Services Unit, Eastern Region of the Ministry of Transportation at Kingston on the 8^th day of July, 2020.
