Order in Council 48/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1341/2014, dated the 5^th day of November 2014, Stanley Morris Tick was appointed as a member of the City of Hamilton Police Services Board for a period of two years, effective from November 5, 2014;

And whereas Stanley Morris Tick has agreed to be reappointed as a member of the City of Hamilton Police Services Board;

Therefore pursuant to section 27 of the Police Services Act, as amended, Stanley Morris Tick is hereby reappointed as a member of the City of Hamilton Police Services Board for a period of three years, effective from the date of this Order in Council.
