On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the prerogative of Her Majesty the Queen to set the remuneration for Ontario government appointees, a person who is a member of Health Program Initiatives shall be remunerated as follows for the services that he or she provides as a director of Health Program Initiatives, unless the person is employed under Part III of the Public Service of Ontario Act, 2006 or is otherwise remunerated by any organization that receives funding from the Crown in Right of Ontario:

    1. The Chair of the board of Health Program Initiatives shall be compensated at the rate of $350 per diem;
    2. The Vice-Chair of the board of Health Program Initiatives shall be compensated at the rate of $250 per diem; and
    3. The other members of the board of Health Program Initiatives shall be compensated at the rate of $200 per diem.
  2. Appointees shall be reimbursed for work-related expenses incurred while engaged in the business of Health Program Initiatives in accordance with the Travel, Meal and Hospitality Expenses Directive and any other TB/MBC directives.
