On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portions of the highways in the Township of Waldie, in the District of Sudbury, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation and shown as Parts 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 on MTO Plan P-3190-7, filed with the Record Services Unit, Northeastern Region of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on October 8, 2019, be designated as a secondary highway or a tertiary road, or closed, or no longer under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation as described below:

  1. Part 1 be designated as a secondary highway, pursuant to section 40 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 50, as amended; and,
  2. Part 2 be designated as a tertiary road, pursuant to section 41 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 50, as amended; and,
  3. Parts 3 and 4 be closed, pursuant to subsection 29(2) of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 50, as amended; and,
  4. PartPART 5 be no longer under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, pursuant to subsection 29(6) of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 50, as amended.
