Order in Council 483/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 1(2) of the Environmental Review Tribunal Act, 2000 and subsection 16(2) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Gregory Bishop of Minden be reappointed as full-time member and associate chair of the Environmental Review Tribunal for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending July 8, 2022.

Further, whereas Gregory Bishop was appointed as full-time member and associate chair of the Environmental Review Tribunal for a fixed term of six months, effective January 9, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 1778/2020;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1778/2020 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
