Order in Council 485/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 150/2008, dated February 13, 2008, Dr. David A. Legge was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And whereas Dr. David A. Legge has, in writing, resigned his appointment as a Coroner for Ontario, effective May 31, 2014;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 150/2008, dated February 13, 2008, appointing Dr. David A. Legge as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
