Order in Council 486/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 2877/80, dated October 16, 1980, Dr. B. P. O’Leary was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And whereas Dr. B. P. O’Leary has, in writing, resigned his appointment as a Coroner for Ontario, effective March 29, 2011;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 2877/80, dated October 16, 1980, appointing Dr. B. P. O’Leary as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
