Order in Council 490/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal Act, 2017 and subsection 16(2) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Sharyn Vincent of Toronto be reappointed as full-time member and associate chair of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending July 8, 2022.

Further, whereas Sharyn Vincent was appointed as full-time member and associate chair of Ontario Land Tribunals for a fixed term of six months, effective January 9, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 1780/2020;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1780/2020 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
