Order in Council 49/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 583/2015, dated the 6^th day of May 2015, Caroline Georgina Wilton was reappointed as a member of the Smith-Ennismore Police Services Board until November 22, 2016, effective May 6, 2015;

And whereas Caroline Georgina Wilton has agreed to be further reappointed as a member of the Smith-Ennismore Police Services Board;

Therefore pursuant to section 27 of the Police Services Act, as amended, Caroline Georgina Wilton is hereby reappointed as a member of the Smith-Ennismore Police Services Board for a further period of one year, effective from the date of this Order in Council.
