Order in Council 500/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Deborah Oakley is to be re-appointed as a member and the Chair of the Provincial Judges Pension Board and has been designated as its Chair;

Therefore, pursuant to section 61 of Ontario Regulation 290/13 under the Courts of Justice Act, it is ordered that upon her re-appointment, Deborah Oakley shall be remunerated at a rate of $200.00 per day for each day that she is engaged in the work of the Provincial Judges Pension Board as its Chair.

And Deborah Oakley shall be entitled to be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred in carrying out her duties in accordance with the relevant directives, guidelines and policies of the Treasury Board and Management Board of Cabinet.

And that Order in Council O.C. 1228/2014 dated October 22, 2014 be revoked.
