Order in Council 513/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal Act, 2017 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Richard Makuch of Orleans be reappointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending June 6, 2024.

Further, whereas Richard Makuch was reappointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term ending June 6, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 1844/2019;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1844/2019 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
