Order in Council 562/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas subsection 27.9(2) of the Connecting Care Act, 2019 (the “Act”) provides for the appointment of members to the board of directors of Ontario Health at Home (the “Board”) by the Minister of Health;

And whereas subsections 27.9(6) and 27.9(10) of the Act provide for a chair and vice-chair from among the members;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 27.9(5) of the Act:

1. 1. The Chair of the Board shall be compensated at the rate of $350 per diem.
   2. The Vice-Chair of the Board shall be compensated at the rate of $250 per diem.
   3. The other members of the Board shall be compensated at the rate of $200 per diem.
2. All members of the Board shall be reimbursed for work-related expenses incurred while engaged in the business of Ontario Health atHome in accordance with the Travel, Meal and Hospitality Expenses Directive and any other TB/MBC directives.
