Order in Council 572/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Yasmeena Mohamed of Mississauga be appointed a full-time member and Vice Chair of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a term of two years, effective the date of this Order in Council.

Further, whereas Yasmeena Mohamed was reappointed a part-time member of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a term of five years, effective January 4, 2016, by Order in Council O.C. 1753/2015;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1753/2015 be revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
