Order in Council 613/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 11 (1) and (2) of the Education Quality and Accountability Office Act, 1996,

Whereas Emily Brown of Burlington was appointed by O.C. 1500/2018 as a director of the board of the Education Quality and Accountability Office;

Now therefore Order in Council 1500/2018 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
