On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas:

  1. Centralized Supply Chain Ontario is a corporation without share capital established under subsection 2(1) of Ontario Regulation 612/20 (O. Reg. 612/20) under the Supply Chain Management Act (Government, Broader Public Sector and Health Sector Entities), 2019;
  2. Centralized Supply Chain Ontario has the capacity, rights, powers and privileges of a natural person for carrying out its objects and duties, except as limited by O. Reg. 612/20 under the Supply Chain Management Act (Government, Broader Public Sector and Health Sector Entities), 2019; and
  3. Subsection 4(3) of O. Reg. 612/20 under the Supply Chain Management Act (Government, Broader Public Sector and Health Sector Entities), 2019 provides that Centralized Supply Chain Ontario shall not indemnify any person from liability without the approval of the Lieutenant Governor in Council.

Now therefore:

  1. Pursuant to subsection 4(3) of O. Reg. 612/20 under the Supply Chain Management Act (Government, Broader Public Sector and Health Sector Entities), 2019, Centralized Supply Chain Ontario is authorized to indemnify other persons from liability in connection with entering into an offer to sublease office space on the 8th Floor of 200 Front Street West in Toronto, for a period not exceeding two years.
