On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 3(4) of the Securities Act,

D. Grant Vingoe of Toronto

is re-appointed as a full-time member of the Ontario Securities Commission to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period beginning on April 15, 2022 and ending the earlier of April 30, 2022 or the day that section 8 of Schedule 9 of the Protecting the People of Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2021 is proclaimed into force; and,

Pursuant to subsections 3(5) of the Securities Act, D. Grant Vingoe is re-designated as Chair of the Ontario Securities Commission for the term of his reappointment as a member of the Commission; and,

Pursuant to subsection 3.6(6) of the Securities Act and subsection 2(3) of the Public Service Pension Plan set out in Schedule 1, as amended, to the Public Service Pension Act, D. Grant Vingoe is, for the term of his reappointment as a member of the Ontario Securities Commission, designated and entitled to be a member of the Public Service Pension Plan.
