Order in Council 632/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 42(9) of the Courts of Justice Act, the Honourable Justice Jean Guy Legault, a regional senior judge, be reappointed the regional senior judge of the Ontario Court of Justice for the East Region for a fixed term of three years, effective July 25, 2019.
