Order in Council 669/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Kevin Adolphe is to be appointed as a member of the Provincial Judges Pension Board;

Therefore, pursuant to section 61 of Ontario Regulation 290/13 under the Courts of Justice Act, it is ordered that upon his appointment, Kevin Adolphe shall be remunerated at a rate of $150.00 per day for each day that he is engaged in the work of the Provincial Judges Pension Board as a member of the Provincial Judges Pension Board.

And Kevin Adolphe shall be entitled to be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred in carrying out his duties in accordance with the relevant directives, guidelines and policies of the Treasury Board and Management Board of Cabinet.
