Order in Council 690/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the prerogative of Her Majesty the Queen in right of Ontario to set remuneration for Ontario government appointees;

And whereas O.C. 1023/2018 set the remuneration for the person appointed as Negotiations Team Chair in support of negotiations between the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care and the Ontario Medical Association, and an amendment is now desirable;

Therefore, O.C. 1023/2018 is amended by striking out “a maximum of $217,500 for approximately 50 days of service” and substituting “a maximum of $230,550 for approximately 53 days of service”.
