Order in Council 701/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portions of highway in the City of Kitchener, City of Cambridge, Regional Municipality of Waterloo, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, described below as:

Part of Lots 6 and 7, Broken Front Concession, Geographic Township of Waterloo, in the City of Kitchener, Regional Municipality of Waterloo, and shown as Parts 5 and 6, on a plan of survey registered in the Land Registry Office at Kitchener as Plan 876 HWY plan (Ministry of Transportation Plan P-3092-143);

Part of Block 1, Registered Plan 1327, in the City of Cambridge, Regional Municipality of Waterloo, and shown as Parts 1 and 2 on a plan of survey deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Waterloo South as Plan 67R-2553 (Ministry of Transportation Plan P-3092-165);

Part of Lot 24, Beasley’s Broken Front Concession, Geographic Township of Waterloo, in the City of Kitchener, Regional Municipality of Waterloo, and shown as PART 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-3092-0284, filed with the Record Services Unit, West Region, of the Ministry of Transportation at London, Ontario on February 16, 2021,

be designated as Controlled-Access Highway, on and after the day on which this Order is approved, pursuant to Section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50, as amended,
