Order in Council 706/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

1. the portion of highway in the Township of Armstrong, in the District of Timiskaming, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation and shown as Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-2160-49, filed with the Record Services Unit, Northeast Region of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on the 21^st day of May, 2020, be designated as a Controlled-Access Highway pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50 as amended.
2. the designation as a Controlled-Access Highway by Order in Council O.C. 2485/81, effective August 20, 1981, and registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Timiskaming as No. 218179-H-157, shown on Ministry Plan P-2160-37, be revoked pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50, as amended;
