On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

  1.  
    1. the portion of highway in the Township of Strong and in the Village of Sundridge, in the District of Parry Sound, shown as PART 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-2686-35, being a Designation Plan filed with the Record Services Unit, Northeast Region of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on the 14th day of January 2020, and
    2. the portion of highway in the Township of Strong, in the District of Parry Sound, shown as PART 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-2686-34, being a Designation Plan filed with the Record Services Unit, Northeast Region of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on the 14th day of January 2020,

    be designated as the King’s Highway pursuant to section 7 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50 as amended.

  1. the designation as the King’s Highway by Order in Council O.C. 492/70, dated February 19, 1970, shown on Ministry Plan P-2289-69 and registered in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Parry Sound as 732 (R.O.) and registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Parry Sound as Misc. 56 be amended so as to cease to apply to the portion of highway shown as Part 1 on the Plan P-2686-35,
  2. the designation as a Controlled-Access Highway by Order in Council O.C. 131/2006, dated February 3, 2006 and registered in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Parry Sound as 203584 and registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Parry Sound as LT271943 shown on Ministry Plan P-2289-131, be amended so as to cease to apply to the portion of highway shown as Part 1 on Plan P-2686-34,
  3. the designation as the King’s Highway by Order in Council O.C. 239/66, dated January 13, 1966 and registered in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Parry Sound as 647 and registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Parry Sound as 55697, shown on Ministry Plan P-2686-18, be revoked pursuant to section 7 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50, as amended.
  4. the designation as the King’s Highway by Order in Council O.C. 176/74, dated January 16, 1974 and registered in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Parry Sound as 862 (R.O.) and registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Parry Sound as 90444 (L.T.) shown on Ministry Plan P-2686-28, be revoked pursuant to section 7 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50, as amended.
