Order in Council 748/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 850/2015, dated June 23, 2015, Dr. Melinda Joye Fowler was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario, subject to the condition that she remain ordinarily resident in Area Number 8;

Ans whereas Dr. Melinda Joye Fowler no longer ordinarily resides in Area Number 8, nullifying her appointment as a Coroner for Ontario;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 850/2015, dated June 23, 2015, appointing Dr. Melinda Joye Fowler as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
