Order in Council 769/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1074/2020, dated July 23, 2020, Victor J. H. Suthren was appointed as a member of the Village of Merrickville-Wolford Police Services Board for a period not to exceed three years effective from July 23, 2020;

And whereas Victor J. H. Suthren has, in writing, effective November 15, 2022, resigned his appointment;

Therefore pursuant to section 27 of the Police Services Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1074/2020 dated July 23, 2020, appointing Victor J. H. Suthren as a member of the Village of Merrickville-Wolford Police Services Board, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
