Order in Council 790/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas, by Order in Council numbered 805/2022, effective March 30, 2022, Conway Fraser of Ayr was reappointed as a member of the Ontario Educational Communications Authority;

And whereas, Conway Fraser has submitted a notice of resignation from such position;

Now therefore, pursuant to section 2 of the Ontario Educational Communications Authority Act, Order in Council 805/2022 is revoked effective February 14, 2023.
