Order in Council 808/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas under O.C. 1801/2019, John Carmichael was appointed as a trustee of the Board of Trustees of The Centennial Centre of Science and Technology for a period not exceeding three years effective December 6, 2019;

And whereas John Carmichael is to now be designated as vice-chair of the Board of Trustees of The Centennial Centre of Science and Technology;

And whereas Mr. Carmichael’s designation as vice-chair cannot outlast his appointment as a trustee;

Now therefore, pursuant to section 3 of the Centennial Centre of Science and Technology Act,

John Carmichael of Toronto

be designated as vice-chair of the Board of Trustees of The Centennial Centre of Science and Technology to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding the earlier of December 6, 2022 or the date of the revocation of O.C. 1801/2019, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
