Order in Council 824/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the provisions of subsection 86.1(5.2) of the Courts of Justice Act, (the ”Act”), Case Management Master Donald Edward Short be reappointed in accordance with the recommendation of the Chief Justice of the Superior Court of Justice as a case management master of the Superior Court of Justice for a term of one-year commencing May 13, 2017, with an option, pursuant to subsection 86.1(5.2) of the Act, for a further reappointment for a one-year term on the recommendation of the Chief Justice of the Superior Court of Justice.
