Order in Council 826/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas David Lanthier was appointed a full-time member of the Ontario Municipal Board on May 4, 2016, by Order in Council O.C. 633/2016;

And whereas the Ontario Municipal Board is continued under the name Local Planning Appeal Tribunal effective April 3, 2018;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal Act, 2017, David Lanthier of Kingston be reappointed a full-time member of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal for a period effective May 4, 2018, and ending December 31, 2018.
