On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

  1. The portions of highway in the Geographic Township of Crooks, Municipality of Neebing, in the District of Thunder Bay, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation and shown as:
    1. Parts 1 to 6 (inclusive) on Plan of Survey 55R-14900 (Ministry Plan P-2924-41) deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Thunder Bay;
    2. Parts 1 and 2 on Plan of Survey 55R-14901 (Ministry Plan P-2924-42) deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Thunder Bay; and
    3. Parts 1 to 4 (inclusive) on Plan of Survey 55R-14908 (Ministry Plan P-2924-43) deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Thunder Bay,

    be designated as a controlled-access highway pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 50 as amended;

  2. the portions of highway in the Geographic Township of Paipoonge, Municipality of Oliver Paipoonge, in the District of Thunder Bay, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation and shown as Parts 1 and 2 on Plan of Survey 55R-14986 (Ministry Plan P-2565-33) deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Thunder Bay, be designated as a controlled-access highway pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 50 as amended;
  3. the portions of highway in the Geographic Township of Blake, Municipality of Neebing and a part of Road Allowance between Geographic Townships of Blake and Paipoonge, in the District of Thunder Bay, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation and shown as Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-2187-63, filed with the Record Service Unit, Northwest Region, of the Ministry of Transportation at Thunder Bay on the 19th day of March 2024, be designated as a controlled-access highway pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 50 as amended; and
  4. the designation as a controlled-access highway by Order In Council O.C.1626/2008, registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Thunder Bay as Instrument TY71937 be revoked pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 50 as amended.
