Order in Council 834/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

1. The portions of highway in the Geographic Township of Connell, Municipal Township of Pickle Lake, in the District of Kenora (Patricia Portion), under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation and shown as Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-3384-17, filed with the Record Service Unit, Northwest Region, of the Ministry of Transportation at Thunder Bay on the 6^th day of December 2023, be designated as a secondary highway pursuant to section 40 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 50 as amended; and
2. the portions of highway in the Unsurveyed Territory (Unorganized), in the District of Kenora (Patricia Portion), under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation and shown as Part 1 on Ministry Plans P-8098-37, P-8098-38, and P-8098-39 all filed with the Record Service Unit, Northwest Region, of the Ministry of Transportation at Thunder Bay on the 6^th day of December 2023, be designated as a secondary highway pursuant to section 40 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 50 as amended.
