Order in Council 835/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

The portions of highway in the Geographic Township of Gorham (Unorganized), in the District of Thunder Bay, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, being part of the North ½ and part of the South ½ of Lot 8, Concession 5 and shown as Parts 1, 2 and 3 on Plan of Survey 55R-15198 (Ministry Plan P-2967-182) deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Thunder Bay be closed pursuant to subsection 29(2) of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P.50 as amended.
