On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

    1. The portions of highway in the Municipality of Leamington, in the County of Essex, in the Geographic Township of Mersea, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, shown as Part 2 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-4050-198, filed with the Record Services Unit, West Region of the Ministry of Transportation at London, Ontario on March 28th, 2024;
    2. the portions of highway in the Town of Lakeshore, in the County of Essex, in the Geographic Township of Tilbury West, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, shown as Part 1 on Plan of Survey 12R-13146 (Ministry of Transportation Plan P-3024-19), deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Essex; and
    3. the portions of highway in the Town of Lakeshore, in the County of Essex, in the Geographic Township of Tilbury West, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, shown as Part 1 on Plan of Survey 12R-21845 (Ministry of Transportation Plan P-3024-30), deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Essex be:
      designated as controlled-access highway, pursuant to Section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50, as amended; and
    1. the portions of highway in the Municipality of Leamington, in the County of Essex, in the Geographic Township of Mersea, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, shown as Part 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-4050-198, filed with the Record Services Unit, West Region of the Ministry of Transportation at London, Ontario on March 28th 2024; and
    2. the portions of highway in the Municipality of Leamington and in the Town of Lakeshore, in the County of Essex, in the Geographic Townships of Mersea and Tilbury West, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, shown as Parts 1 and 2 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-4050-200, filed with the Record Services Unit, West Region of the Ministry of Transportation at London, Ontario on March 28th 2024, be:
      designated as the King’s Highway, pursuant to Section 7 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50, as amended.
