On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Linda Lamoureux was reappointed as full-time Executive Chair of Tribunals Ontario and as a member of the Animal Care Review Board, the Assessment Review Board, the Board of Negotiation, the Child and Family Services Review Board, the Conservation Review Board, the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board, the Custody Review Board, the Environmental Review Tribunal, the Fire Safety Commission, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Landlord and Tenant Board, the Licence Appeal Tribunal, the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal, the Mining and Lands Tribunal, the Ontario Civilian Police Commission, the Ontario Parole Board, the Ontario Special Education Tribunal (English), the Ontario Special Education Tribunal (French) and the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective January 1, 2020, by Order in Council O.C. 1291/2019;

And whereas Linda Lamoureux tendered her resignation effective March 31, 2020;

Therefore, pursuant to clause 77(a) of the Legislation Act, 2006, subsection 16(1) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, subsection 37(2) of the Provincial Animal Welfare Services Act, 2019, section 3 of the Assessment Review Board Act, subsection 27(1) of the Expropriations Act, subsection 333(2) of the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017, subsection 24(1) of the Ontario Heritage Act, subsection 3(1) of the Compensation for Victims of Crime Act, subsection 151(2) of the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017, subsection 1(2) of the Environmental Review Tribunal Act, 2000, subsection 58(2) of the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, 1997, subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code, subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006, subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999, subsection 3(1) of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal Act, 2017, subsection 6(2) of the Ministry of Natural Resources Act, subsection 21(2) of the Police Services Act, subsection 32(2) of the Ministry of Correctional Services Act, subsection 57(1.1) of the Education Act, subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997, Order in Council O.C. 1291/2019 be revoked effective March 31, 2020.
