Order in Council 847/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Catherine Holtz of Emsdale be appointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further, whereas Catherine Holtz was appointed as part-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective December 2, 2021 by Order in Council O.C. 1626/2021;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1626/2021 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
