Order in Council 875/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Heather Gibbs was reappointed a full-time member and Vice Chair of the Environmental Review Tribunal for a term of five years, effective February 22, 2013, by Order in Council O.C. 1814/2012;

And whereas Heather Gibbs was appointed a part-time member of the Ontario Municipal Board for a term of eighteen months, effective March 23, 2016, by Order in Council O.C. 412/2016;

And whereas Heather Gibbs tendered her resignation effective April 18, 2017;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(a) of the Legislation Act, 2006, subsections 1(2) and 1(4) of the Environmental Review Tribunal Act, 2000 and subsection 5(2) of the Ontario Municipal Board Act, Orders in Council O.C. 1814/2012 and 412/2016 be revoked effective April 18, 2017.
