Order in Council 880/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 31(1) of the Legislation Act, 2006, Mark Spakowski of Toronto be appointed Registrar of Regulations at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council effective the date of this Order in Council.

Further, whereas Joanne Gottheil was appointed Registrar of Regulations effective December 13, 2006, by Order in Council O.C. 2452/2006;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 2452/2006 be revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
