Order in Council 886/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the designation as a Controlled-Access Highway described in Schedule 16A to Regulation 399, R.R.O. 1970, Instrument No. CO210581 (Ministry of Transportation Plan P-2310-122), be amended    so as to cease to apply within the limits of Part 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-2310-0339.
